Wetland is a kind of ecosystem which distributed in terrestrial ecosystems and aquatic ecosystems. It has a unique hydrology, soils, vegetation and biological characteristics and it is a special natural land and water interactto form complex. Wetland not only has enormous ecological functions such as maintaining the water, purifying water, flood storage and drought-resisting and climating regulation, etc. It is also biodiversity enrichment regions which are the most dynamic ecosystem in the world——one of the hotspot in the field of resources and environment. Chongming Dongtan wetland has formed the current "Nature-Society-Economic" complex ecosystem after long-term natural change and the influence of ecological system by human social economic activities. Analysis to reclamation tidal current utilization mode and its effect shows that the wetland ecosystem has produced a series of function character and risk of space differentiation characteristics due to the differences of external environment factors, oneself condition, management measures and level ecological processes, etc. And because of the environmental factors and the organism itself frowth of time sequence, wetland ecosystem changes will always be in a state of dynamic change. The management strategy can't stand still. These issues that need to be resolved request necessity requirements to the Spatial Decesion Suppor System (SDSS) which can support sustainable utilization and scientific management of wetland decision-making.This paper firstly expounds the current characteristics of Chongming island tidal wetlands and using patterns. It analyzed exploitation of tidal wetlands and the effects on wetland system to produce water and soil environment, the interference effect of vegetation succession, etc. Then it analysed the basic structure construction of SDSS combining theoretical basis. It constructed the data management, wetland protection decision support model and interface system framework according to Chongming Dongtan wetland park actual situation. This reaserch constructed Chongming Dongtan wetland restoration area SDSS relying on the GIS Grid Technology which sets periodically, mass data storage, data quantitative analysis and visualization, can interact with decision makers as the function for an organic whole.It realized the temporal and spatial process simulation of the moisture, nutrients and ecological system of carbon power.This reaserch development software is main with four functions:wetland management warning, measuring online data monitoring, terminal display and wetland database maintenance. The core of the Decision-making warning is composed of a set of wetland ecosystem process model completed which contains tourists comfort index release and water warning, etc. The system process model group is constituted mainly by confluence dynamic wave model, runoff sand transport dynamic model, diffusion model of two-dimensional water pollutants-carbon-nutrient cycling model, landscape pattern model, people carrying and comfort evaluation model.
