Titanium dioxide possesses high mechanical strength, excellent pH stability, ion exchange and ligand exchange properties, and it can selectively adsorb substances with phosphoric acid groups, does not have the problems that silica gel irreversiblely adsorbed fixed relative alkaline compounds, TiO2 is considered as a kind of burgeoning, owning a bright prospect HPLC matrixThis topic research includes three parts:(1) Titania matrix material was synthesized through sol-gel method. Some conditions, such as overall starting material components in the proportion, the conditions, water water soaking processing and drying rate, were strictly controlled. We assumed that GT14~18, R=14~18, PEO for 0.4%~0.6%, whose the ranges of the ratio of raw material could synthesize ideal physical characteristics monolithic materials.(2) The overall materials obtained was characterized through macro and micro methods. The results show that our overall synthetic materials is better in appearance morphology, and mesoporous surface area was bigger; SEM photos showed a ideal macroporous-mesoporous bicontinuous network structure, and particles crosslinked closely; By X-ray diffraction found its internal crystalline structure is moreana homogeneous, mainly with sharp anatase type exist; The only possible disavantage is interior compared the pore size distribution of material was not so good but broad, so, it's high time to improve the experiment conditions.(3) Monosaccharides and Disaccharides were absorbed on Titania. The optimized conditions is optimal elution requiring pH9.7 NaOH aqueous solution, column temperature 40°C, incoming sample amount to 20μL, velocity of 1.0 mL/min. And retention behavior of monosaccharides and disaccharides on Titania was explored by changing the column temperature, and the corresponding physical chemistry constants were calculated. Research reveals, sugar in titanium adhesive ability of reserves with column temperature arose to decreased.
