Watery metallic ore deposits usually refers to the ore deposits which has complex hydrogeological conditions, and water yield of mines reaches to ten thousands of cubic meters per day.They are mainly distributed in the limestone (marble) region where the karst is more development, for example, Guangxi, Hunan, Anhui, Shandong, Hebei, Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangxi, etc. In our country when the Watery metallic ore deposits mined, we often meet many problems than ordinary deposits, such as more construction fund and time, more mining difficulty and high cost, flooded shaft, ground collapse, mineral resources lost, groundwater Resources exhaustion and environmental geological hazards, etc. With our country's economy, science, technology high-speed comprehensive development, technology of preventing water in Watery metallic ore deposits have become mine grouting curtain closure in which water plugging is major and underground drainage is auxiliary from original plan which is also mainly by water drainage and water plugging minor. And now, with the mining difficulty and cost increased, preventing water technique by nearly orebody curtain grouting at watery metallic deposits have gradually in use and promotion, and achieved good results Based on summarizing the predecessors' achievements, and combined with actual situation of Longtangyan watery iron mine, the thesis mainly studied the theory, applicable conditions, Curtain designing of nearly orebody curtain grouting technique, the main content and results are as follows:(1) Based on summarizing the predecessors' achievements, summarizes the current research status of grouting and blocking water technique at watery metallic ore deposits and Make a brief evaluation. Combined with examples, analyzes the suitable condition, advantages and disadvantages between the underground nearly orebody curtain grouting technique and ground curtain grouting technique, and expounds the future direction of grouting and blocking water technique is near orebody curtain grouting. (2) Through research on the mine water inrush mechanism, grouting mechanism and percolation theory, making relatively perfect theoretical support for nearly orebody curtain grouting technique.(3) Engineering case study. During the construction period, Longtangyan iron mine occurred flooded shaft many times because of the complex condition of hydrogeology and engineering geological. According to the actual situation of Longtangyan iron mine, make a research on curtain thickness , grouting parameters and curtain construction of nearly orebody grouting curtain, Solving urgently problems of mine water irruption and create conditions for later large scale mining .Based on that, Papers research as follows.â… Field investigation of Hydrological geology and engineering geology conditions, investigate water inflow situation during mine driving and karst fissure characteristics of surrounding rock. II Mining hydrogeological condition situation analyses and mine water filling factors survey. III Selection of grouting material and parameters. IV Selection of nearly orebody grouting curtain thickness and parameters. V Implementing scheme of nearly orebody curtain grouting.
