In machinery manufacturing, hole processing is a great difficulty, And in the variousapproaches of hole processing,the deep hole processing is the most difficult. Hole processingoccupies one-third of all mechanical processing,while deep hole processing takes more thanfor typer centin work load and processing cost.Obviously, deep hole processing has greatinfluence on manufacturing nowadays.The deep hole processing's scraps discharge,lubrication and cooling are need cutting fluids,due to use large mount sofcutting fluidsandcontaining toxic substances,Because the using amount of cutting fluids is huge and there arelots of toxic substances in it,it will waste a lot of oil and energy,harm the workers'health,pollute the environment.The deep hole processing be longs to closed or semi-closedprocessing,so the wore nvironment is complicated,The dream that mechanical processinggoes with out any mediums still can't come true nowadays.In this case,it is necessary andsignificant to adopt the method of near-dry deep hole processing.Near-dry deep hole processing syste i n the thesis combines the advantages of variousmodern green lubrication and cooling and the character istics of deep hole sprossessing,Thesystem's cooling and lubrication medium is the oils on water,in addition to the new type ofnegative pressure pump crumbs device and compounds praying device.It is mainly used toreduce the difficulties of discharge Scraps,lubricating and cooling and to reduce the usage ofcutting fluids.It suits to a variety of deep hole processin g of single-tube deep hole drillingwith chip through it.Near-dry deep hole processing system turn straditional pouring typ etonew environment-friendly near-dry processing,and realize near-dry cutting of the deep holeprocessing,it has a breakthrough progress in the apart of reduceing the environmentalpollution and energy wastage.Carry on the cutting simulation with DEFORM before theexperiment,and analyze the feasibility,in view of the fact that the present soft ware is unable to simulate this kind of cutting model ccurately,and we transform drilling model to ordinarycutting.In order to make the simulation model and the practical environment moreconsistent,and add dynamic cold source on work piece in the simulation.Because of theparticularity of BTA drill,in order to make the result more believable,we use inside andoutside blade to simulate respectively.According to the cutting force and the simulatedtemperature field distribution,The results show that the near-dry deep hole processing systemcan be applied in practical processing.We construct the system with some previous methods,in addition,there are several newthinkings be application as follows:In the minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) technology usevegetable oil(can be automatically degradation)instead of mineral oil as lubricant,in order toelimina tetoxic or harmful processing liquid to workers and environmental pollution.Adopting compound spraying device,combined with high-pressure and cool air to replaceextensive use of cutting fluids,and cooling and lubrication effect is better.Using negativepressure pump crumbs device to increase pressure differential of the import and export of tool,it enhances scraps discharging power guarantee for the smooth chip removal.
