| Highly mineralized mine water is an important part of mining area wastewater. Especially in the north, one third of the water bursting from mine is highly mineralized mine water. Shendong mining area is located in northern part, where coal resources are very rich. With the amount of coal mining increasing, the discharge of mine water increases too. Aims to save resources, mine water will be reused in ecological construction in mining area after the conventional treatment, literally causing soil secondary salinization, plants wither and even death in a few places, the reason may be the high soil content. In order to solve the problem of ecological reuse of high mineralized mine water and shortage of water resources, the utilization of depth demineralization technology is imperative. The present situation and main question in ecological construction of Shen Dong mining area about mine water treatment and reusing are analyzed. A research is made to proof the effect of reverse osmosis treatment technology for highly- mineralized mine water based on water quality characteristics of the study area.Main achievements of this study are:(1) According to the problem of high salt content, choose the most representative Huojitu mine water as a research object, 1 m~3 / h of small reverse osmosis unit test is used. During the running, system desalination rate can reach to 94 %, the average salinity in about 111mg / l, much better than the irrigation water standards.(2) IMS reverse osmosis simulation program is used for simulate RO running process, and the long observation results are compared with the simulation ones, in order to verify the results and analysis the running mechanism of the reverse osmosis system.(3) In order to further verify different water treatment impacted on soil and grasses, designed some experiments to prove that the treated water irrigation test performance good aspects on grasses.(4) Finally, the main contents and achieved results are summarized, and some problems are discussed. |
