Nowadays, there are many issues in purification of exhaust gas in waste incinerator at home and abroad. To solve these problems, pulsed plasma technology is proposed to purify exhaust gas in waste incinerator. The reactor in pulsed plasma technology is usually energized by a pulsed power resource, which is not durable and not matching well with the reactor. Thereby, a new DC with superimposed pulsed (DC/pulse) power source is designed to solve these problems.Our program emphases on the design of DC/pulsed power source, includes the design of high-voltage DC power source, pulsed power source and coupling circuit. For the design of high-voltage DC power source, detailed analysis and design mainly focus on series charging circuit, and the key of pulsed power source is pulse forming circuit, which includes spark gap switch and TLT (Transmission Line Transformer). Then these modules are simulated on MATLAB to verify the theoretical analysis. When we finish the design of parameter, we can generate 30kV DC bias voltage and 30kV pulse voltage which superimposed on DC voltage.At the same time, control system used for DC/pulse power source is designed. The hardware of power control system uses ARM9 as the main control chip, software design builds a software platform which based on uC/OS-â…¡, and fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID algorithm is used as the control algorithm. This power control system can control the parameters of power rapidly and accurately. Next, some experiments are done to verify the function of power control system on the experimental platform of three-phase full-bridge thyristor rectifier, include the compare of fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID algorithm with normal PID algorithm. The result shows that fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID algorithm can get faster reacting speed and smaller steady-state error.Electromagnetic interference of the system is also analyzed in this paper. Shielding design and grounding design are done for the entire system, which can improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the system significantly.
