According to the principle of electromagnetic sensor, use torque horn indicating torque value and design a new electromagnetic non-contact sensor. At the same time, use buzzer and LED light as warning device, and choose a very practical LCD screen. The signals from the sensor are processed, get through phase difference measurement circuit and finally transferred to microcontroller and call arithmetic subroutines to calculate torque values.
