Building should possess two big functions (adiabatic and lighting) in the large space of human production. Low radiation (low-e) glass has high energy saving effect, which meets the needs of with today's low carbon life requirement.This paper is mainly about the use of magnetron sputtering (PVD) method, a large area of flat glass in the number of layers deposited on metal, metal nitride or oxide film, composed of Solar control films and (Low-E) films, so as to the flat glass surface modification of deep processing.According to the coating structure and color, in full production prior to the coating color, optical properties and surface radiation rate as a target, through the commissioning process to determine the production parameters, including vacuum, gas flow, the glass in the coating chamber transmission speed, such as sputtering power of each target to meet after the formal pre-production index. For coated glass after production, the main use of AFM (SPI3800N), spectrophotometer, AE, etc radiometer measurement, analysis, use of ground test, acid test, resistance to oxidation tests on coated glass and surface thermal properties of light morphology of in-depth study. The conclusions are as follows:(1) In the three kinds of multilayer structure, KR22 (heat reflective) production process is relatively simple and easy to control; Super-1 (Toughened single silver Low-E) basic aspects of the production process is improved debugging; CED12-46 (Double Silver Low-E) of the film are more complex, process debugging more difficult, but the company has its own coating line equipment based on features found in a number of rules in the production process is gradually improving.(2) From the physical and chemical performance, KR22 of acid wear resistance than the Super-1 and CED12-46's performance, so do not synthesized hollow, can be single use; and Super-1 is also coated the surface of the silicon film oxides, can be firedat a high temperature, which became tempered Low-E glass, but also because of its unique properties, making the production of large plates after the original film coating can be off-site processing, greatly enhancing the efficiency of production.(3) In terms of thermal properties from the light in the visible region, their transmission and the glass surface, the membrane surface reflectivity curves have shown differently. Super-1 in the visible region has a high transmittance, which indicates that it has a high permeability; and KR22 the participation of the low, greatly reducing the outdoor sunlight through, which regulates the amount of sunlight into the room, but not function without the silver layer has a lower emissivity function, as K is larger; CED12-46 as a double silver coating, with a dual function of regulating the high performance, energy-saving effect is very obvious. |
