| Environmental hormones comes from exterior of animals and human body, it can interfere with normal endocrine function. Environment hormones called "ecoestrogen" or "environmental endocrine disruptors", because it acts as estrogens in animal and human body. Joint toxic effect means the synthetical effect of two or more than two kinds of chemicals act on economy at one time or in short time. In this paper, selected three kinds of environmental hormones which have representation, DMP, DEP and NP. Named the 96h EC50 of singal toxic effect on Dunaliella salina is one TU, and accorded to toxic unit proportionl:4,1:1 and4:1 to examinate. Backgroud of singal toxic effect excamination and joint toxic effect excamination,be determined the physiology and biochemistry targets of Dunaliella salina on different toxic unit, The results indicated that (1) the 96h EC50 of DMP, DOP and NP on Dunaliella salina were 317.49mg·L-1,69.54 mg·L-1 and 1.47 mg·L-1.The NP was the most toxicant, and 216 times stronger than DMP and 47 times stronger than DEP, if be measured by the mass concentration; (2) toxicity of most combinations, when Dunaliella salina exposured under DMP and DEP joint toxic effect, except ME1, showed stranger than under singal toxic effect. The ranges of TU of joint toxic effect were 0.83-1.02,0.63-0.82 and 0.52-0.72; (3) it showed addition, synergism and synergism when Dunaliella salina exposured under DMP and DEP joint effect, and the synergism of ME2 was the strongest one; it showed synergism when Dunaliella salina exposured under DMP and NP joint toxic effect, and the synergism taxis was MN1>MN2>MN3; as well as DEP and NP joint effect showed synergism,and the effect was the most strong when the toxicity unit proportion was 1:1;(4)the soluble protein content and photosynthetic pigment content of Dunaliella salina exposured under three kinds of combination were stronger inhibited than under single; the subsistence stress of Dunaliella salina exposured under combinations which PAEs and NP joint toxic effect were stronger than under single environmental hormone and combination of PAEs.These finding provide some theoretical basis and reference information for more rationally estimate the harm of environmental hormones bring about. |
