Since the 20th century, with industrial development and living standards improvement, the problem of eutrophication is becoming a hot spot. Nitrogen was not the only gas produced along with the nitrogen removal processes, but also N2O.N2O,as a kind of the greenhouse gas can absorb infrared radiation that has a major impact on the global climate and environment,it's warming potential was 200-300 times of CO2,and 5-12 times of CH4,and can persist in the atmosphere for 114 years.The earth humans and other biological activities are the main production source of N2O and microorganisms is the biological source of N2O. Grasslands, forests, wetlands, and biological wastewater treatment systems can release N2O,and the process of N2O production in the biological nitrogen removal wastewater treatment process is very complicated. Recent studies showed that N2O were produced from both nitrification and denitrification processes,mainly in the aerobic nitrification phase.People have researched into a depth on the amout of N2O production for the nitrification denitrifiction process, but to have denitrification function of aerobic granular sludge, the relevant system in the lower temperature and carbon sources on change plus N2O cargoes impact study does not see more.Stable shortcut nitrification denitrifying of aerobic granular sludge system is study nitrogen gas in the process of N2O generated important premise. Therefore adopt good oxygen/operation mode of oxygen to simulate SBR reactor for processing object, sewage sludge floe for will of aerobic granular sludge domestication of aerobic granular sludge denitrification system of each response phase "three nitrogen" concentrations, to ensure periodically denitrification shortcut nitrification of aerobic granular sludge system has long and stable operation. And of aerobic granular sludge system denitrification efficiency and stability were studied.Meanwhile in aerobic granular sludge system and stable operation on the basis of research will from 31℃temperature reduced to 25℃and 19℃, system of N2O and solubility N2O produce situation. The result showed that to reduce the temperature can make good oxygen system of N2O quantity of nitrification stage decreased with the decreasing of freezing storage temperature. N2O release quantity and sludge of N2O content between solubility the change trend of the same. But in anoxia denitrifying stage, the temperature change of the quantity of N2O will cause obvious effect of aerobic phase, the concentration of different product nitrite N2O caused denitrifying stage is the main causes for the difference in production. The paper also dosed different carbon source of aerobic granular sludge of N2O production process of nitrogen in denitrifying process to system, studied show the effect of additive to the system as an external source of carbon of methanol and ethanol in plenty of cases, all can in aerobic granular sludge denitrifying process detected N2O generation, but a relic is small, can be neglected. Explain dosing different carbon sources on the growth of aerobic granular sludge denitrifying process is little affected N2O generation.
