Dobby loom shedding mechanism is one of the five institutions, which is to control the movement of the key components of loom.Supporting selected institutions are the key to improving economic efficiency.Dobby loom sector performance directly affects the speed, productivity, product adaptation and fabric quality of loom.Speed requirements loom high on the dobby shedding mechanism put forward higher requirements.With the development of motion control system, motion controller of research and applications in industrial automation has been more attention, especially in the mechanical transmission.Shaftless drive technology provides a new way in the field of various Multi-Axis mechanical machines.Controller is the core of the shaftless driving system.and it provides hardware platform to realize the systematic function.lt will not only realize the synchronous control of servo motors.but also realize process control with production equipment.Reference to the subject JAT610 Toyota air-jet loom shedding mechanism as the prototype matching.The institution of the movement of heald frames do in-depth analysis.Each heald frame by a separate servo motor control, research-based multi-axis servo control system of electronic dobby. Finally, proposed a multi-axis servo position detection program design.and it can effectively capture the perspective of multi-motor data.New electronic dobbies control system, controlling the 8 servo motors for the curve of the independent movement, can achieve the movement of heald frames. Each servo motor heald frame,through the combination of each time of the angle of repose and closed.can be woven out of hard-woven fabrics than the original door openers. This system would control freely the yarn openings to facilitate the increased insertion rate, can be as free to change as electronic dobby fabric of the organization and weave various patterns, can still be free to set time and phase angle of the opening and can be flexible adjustable levels for different types of fabric.
