The Oxidation Dehydrogenation of Propane is one of effective way to product Propene and will be a green,high atom economy way.lt is one of significant, practical application prospect and challenging research topics.This article is on the basis of preliminary studies in our laboratory and for further study to Ni-V-O system.Using oxalic acid co-precipitation method has prepared Ni3V2O8 catalysts.Through the exploration of preparation conditions,Without changing the structure of the Ni3V2O8.Amount of rare earth doped to optimize its properties in order to obtain satisfactory catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane.At first,The influences of different ways to add precipitant and the noxalic acid/(nNi+nv) ratio to Ni3V2O8 catalytic behavior were studied.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET nitrogen physisorption, hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR),Transmision electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Studying the formation regularity of Ni3V2O8 and linking catalytic performance in the Oxidation Dehydrogenation of Propane.Secondly,The influences of the calcination temperature and calcination time on the catalyst surface area, degree of crystallization, particle size and redox properties, catalytic performance were studied.At last,Amount of Ce, La, Pr, Nd, Sm five kind of rare earth was doped in the Ni3V2O8, exploring the influence of kind of rare earth,doping amount on structure,BET surface area,the amount of surface oxygen species as well as the changing properties, redox properties and catalytic performance of Ni3V2O8. Analyzed and summarized the scientific laws.
