2010 World Expo Imported Food Traceability System Research And Project Implementation

With the current social improvement of living standards, food security area alarm continuously, food safety problems become world issue of primary attention from all circles. Food safety tracing system is to solve the food safety problems one of the important methods. At home and abroad and food safety tracing system application in many Olympics,2010 world expo, etc.This paper first analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign food traceability system, and illustrates that this study of the content and method. Concrete analysis of food safety tracing system of system architecture, from data collected data transfer, data synchronization aspects explained tracing system and working principle of the process. Compared with foreign food traceability system, proposes the use of RFID technology used for automatic identification technology, and several identification technology were compared. Detailed analysis of the 2010 world expo food traceability system function requirement analysis, system was established using UML the logical model. According to project built system and analyzed frame-chart are introduced, and traceability management module and data acquisition and exchange module design principle. Finally, the world expo imported foods tracing system in the hardware and the software realization and deployment, in order to realize the 2010 world expo imported food traceability.The world expo imported food traceability system has been the 2010 Shanghai world expo on successful completion of tasks, and in the world expo end still doing other food traceability.
