| As a typical large process device, VCM device in Shanghai chlor-alkali chemical Co., LTD have lots of PID controller, the decreasing of control performance lead to product quality drop, even endanger the safety operation of the system, which makes the control performance assessment is very necessary. In this research, we collected and pretreated the data of DCS control system in VCM device, then through the analysis of data to gain control performance assessment. By using real-time database and network, which can realize real-time data acquisition, the research mainly used the real-time database software PI. Interface technology have been used in here too. This method is based on MVC. By the business software Matrikon CPM for single loop performance assessment. Eventually we got the results of VCM device control performance assessment was that several controller performance index is low, especially unit 200. This conclusion accord with actual condition. |
