The content of this research is part of Inner Mongolia major special technology"The highly active humic bacterial manure of weathered coal"research. According to the special role of humic on agricultur, it provides theoretical basis for utilization of weathered coal resources in China.it has scored 14 strains actinomycetes which have the ability of degradating weathered coal. 14 strains bacteria and two strains actinomycetes CG - 2, DG - 6 are made for fermentation characteristic test, ultimately get three strains actinomycetes BG - 6, CG - 2, DG - 6 which have good degradating effect. This experiment was adopted to study the process parameters ahout three strains actinomycetes BG - 6, CG - 2, DG - 6 degradate weathered coal (i.e. temperature , time, microbial addition amount and medium initial pH), finding the best single factor of experiment conditions to design the four factors three level orthogonal tests in experiment, and determine the total humic acid content and degradation index, and find out the best degradation technology conditions of this three strains bacteria. One of the best strains BG-6 degradation process parameters: temperature for 30℃, cultivate time for 7 ~ 9d, microbial addition amount for 14%, culture medium pH for 7.0; One of the best strains CG-2 degradation process parameters :temperature for 28℃, training time for 7 ~ 11d, microbial addition amount for 10% ~ 14%, and culture medium pH for 9.0; One of the best strains DG-6 degradation process parameters :temperature for 28 ~ 30℃, training time for 9 ~ 11d, microbial addition amount for 18% ~ 22%, culture medium pH for 7.0.On the basis of the study of three strains actinomycetes optimum parameters ,it will certain reason bacteria with mixing ratio. it provids temperature , training time, microbial addition amount and culture medium pH parameters to design four factors three level orthogonal tests, so as to find out the optimum process conditions of mixed bacteria: temperature for 30℃,training time for 11d, microbial addition amount for 14%, culture medium pH for 7.5 ~ 8.0. This studies find the effect of mixed strains degradating weathered coal is superior to the effect of single strains effect.
