QianAn oilfield as the typical three low field, was affected with well depth, corrosion and scale, wear and tear, equipment aging, the weak of management foundation and so on, which led to the repair-free period always remaining about 350d can not be improved effectively, having had limited the development of the QianAn oilfield. In order to solve the QianAn technical problems of repair-free period fundamentally, this paper carried out the technology research of extending the repair-free period of QianAn oilfield that provided a theoretical and technical basis for the further development of the field of QianAn.This paper got the major influencing factors which limited the improvement of the well repair-free period were corrosion and scale, partial wear and the insufficient replaced of tubes, over-time service during analysed the main effects that influenced the oilfield of QianAn repair-free period. In 2002-2009, through the combining of optimization measures about abrasion, anticorrosion, protect wastes, comprehensive optimization measures technique had ran 377 high-frequency wells in operation, cumulative decreased 1064 time workover and extended the well repair-free period. The results of studying and application of 5 conventional supporting technology and polyethylene lining pipe matching technology shown that the technology could extend well repair-free period and reduce workover time. On the base of the study, the application of NM antiseptic and wear-resisting tube, LYF-A oil long-time corrosion inhibitor and anticrustator and the ceramic-lined tube bettered the descent down hole tool technology material and the well corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance capability. Based on the research results, this paper will provide reliable basis for extending avoid period of characteristics and produce high economic benefits.
