At persent the existing oil production equipments have the common characters of low system efficiency, high energy consumption such as pumping unit, screw pump and others with complicated transmission structure, which can not meet the oil-fileld development requirements. A novel rodless oil equipment is presented with the use of the reciprocation motion of linear motor and well pump, which has high system efficiency for not adopting complicated transmission structure in conventional oil equipment. Therefore, carry out study of linear motor and linear motor pump system has theoretical and practical significance.The electromagnetic module in ANSYS is used to finish the static simulation of the cylinder permanent magnet linear motor, and the model is validated by the test data. Voltage field distribution, magnetic field intensity, magnetic field intensity, thrust are simulated with different voltages in linear motor to get the influences and rules.Transient simulation of the cylinder permanent magnet linear motor is finished in Ansoft electromagnetic analysis software, and the simulation model is validated by the test data. The simulation results dicusse the different voltage frequency, air gap size, width of permanent magnet and the influence to the thrust in linear motor. With the analysis, the relationships are shown such as linear motor pump discharge coefficient and frequency, pump diameter and current through analysis and research.The thermal module in ANSYS is applied to study the temperature field simulation of the cylinder permanent magnet linear motor, and the simulation model is validated by the test data. Temperature field is simulated with different voltages to get the voltage influences on linear motor, which can provide the basis of solving the thermal problem of linear motor pump system.An experimental platform for linear motor pump system is established which could realize automatic control for start or stop, monitoring performance, changing operation parameters and collecting test data. By processing and analyzing the test data to obtain the influence of frequency, and stroke times affect the performance on linear motor pump system.With the research results in this thesis, the theoretical and experimental methods are shown in studying linear motor pump, which offer the foundation for engineering practice of linear motor pump.
