| With the environmental policy adjustment of our country, the final trend for the development of the technique for the treatment of the oily mud would be the reduction, recycle and safe treatment. There are many technologies recycling the crude oil to treat oily mud that contains harmful species and high content of oil at present. However, these technologies could not realize the reduction, recycle and safe treatment for the treatment of the oily mud. According to the practical situation of oily mud in Qianguo, the thesis firstly adopted the laboratory test, and then adopted the field experiment. The treatment and comprehensive utilization technologies of oily mud in Qianguo were systematically studied to realize the reduction, recycle and safe treatment and reached the environment standards. Our work will provide a set of the processing scheme for the harmless and waste reduction treatment. It is important to the environmental protection and sustained development of the similar oil refinery enterprise.The followings are the main contents and results for the paper:(1) The article gave an overview of the generation and the disposal technology of the oily mud. Besides, the current situation of disposal technology was also summarized. The features and the development tendency of the new oily mud disposal were analyzed and evaluated. We also studied the application situation of the oily mud as well as the equipment for the recycle of oily mud, features of the recycle technique, and the economic efficiency the oily mud recycle.(2) According to the oily mud in Qianguo oil refining, we designed new technology and equipment for the oily mud disposal and the tentative application was carried out. We studied the effect analysis of the demulsification and flocculation technology for the oily mud disposal. The PH value, demulsifying agent ammount, temperature and the stirring rate to the effect on the oily mud disposal were studied separately. The general plan of this project was established and the optimal control scheme was obtained.(3) Find the characters and problems of the new technology and equipment for the oily mud disposal and put forward an improved proposal according to the practical conditioin. Study the production problems of the equipment and clarify the problems needed to resolve. Find out the production bottleneck, provide the optimum solution and give a trial run. |
