| Aerobic granular sludge have a higher biomass concentration, with big particle size, tense structure compact,and ability to withstand shock loadings, ability to remove nitrogen and phosphates simultaneous. The removal of phosphorus is depend on phosphorus removal bacteria in aerobic granular sludge.It is mainly released wastewater by phosphorus enrichment bacteria anaerobic release phosphorus and aerobic phosphorus uptaked.According to its high efficiency and relatively low running costs , which get the researchers's favor.With the help of Sequencing Batch Airlift Reacter (SBAR), aerobic granular sludge were cultivated respectively by increasing the waiting time and changing the composition of inoculated sludge in order to strengthen physical and chemical properties of particles and phosphorus removal sludge. While the microbial community structure of aerobic granules was analysized using 16S rDNA analysis of molecular biology techniques to identify advantage bacterium group in the process of strengthen phosphorous removal.The waiting time was increased to find out the factor on aerobic granular sludge removal performance in SBAR. It's turn out that while the waiting time was 60 min, the aerobic granular sludge cultivated with good physical and chemical properties and the COD and TP's removal efficiency reached 94.6% and 86.13% respectively.The composition of inoculated sludge aerobic granular sludge was changed to find out the impact factor on aerobic granular sludge removal performance in SBAR. The results show that the appropriate amount of seed sludge in the mature aerobic granular sludge particles can shorten the time from 35 d to 28 d, cultured mature granular sludge has good physical and chemical properties, COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus removal rates reached 97.86%, 90.23%, 89.6% repestively.Under the optimum condition of flocculation bacteria, increasingh the wait time and adding mature granular sludge were studied in order to find out the factor on aerobic granular sludge removal performance in SBAR. when the waiting time reached 120min, COD, TP removal rate reached 98%, 91.77%. 16S rDNA molecular biology technology of aerobic granular sludge was used to analysz the formation process and phosphorus removal process and the changeable characteristics of the microbial populations structure, after three experiments sludge the result shows that sludge microbial populations is rich, phosphorus effect is good.Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria etc phosphorus enrichment bacteria for advantage bacterium genera.This paper has 20 pictures, 9 tables, 112 references... |
