| Imidazole, oxazole, quinoxaline and its derivatives have an important role in organic synthesis, so the study of their synthetic methods is of great significance for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other fields. In this paper, recent advances were reviewed in the synthetic methods for the three nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, then it was divided into three parts for the study of their synthetic methods: The first part studied the synthetic method of 2,4,5-trisubstituted aryl imidazoles in the two-component system. The second part studied the green synthetic method of quinoxalines on the grinding condition of no solvent. The third part studied the synthetic method of 2,4,5-trisubstituted aryl oxazoles in DMSO.The above study synthetic methods of imidazoles and oxazoles enjoy many advantages, shuch as simple operations, raw materials readily available, catalyst-free, high yields, and the study green synthetic methods of quinoxalines had advantages of high yields, short reaction time, solvent-free, water being only by-product. Moreover, the grinding media was reused for five runs without any appreciable loss of activity, which was fit to the development direction of green chemistry. |
