In recently, the concept of plastic products become to thiner as energy conservation and environmental protection is announced .The molding process is complicated and difficult compared with traditional injection molding. It because that the cooling rate of the polymer melt in the cavity is increasing by the thin wall is to be thickness. So the conventional injection molding process conditions can not be applied in thin-walled plastic parts. In the other, the technology of the thin wall injection molding is new. The theoretical system lacks and is not mature. The research of quality about thin-walled plastic parts in injection molding is process based on the backgroundThe main factors for injecting of thin-walled plastic parts includes the structure of die, injection system, cooling system and process parameters, etc. In this paper, the drawing board is an example to test. The injection system, cooling system and process parameters are simulated and analyzed basing on the CAE technology to sure the affecting to the product's quality.The injection system is analyzed that apply the cold gate and hot gate when the cooling system and process parameters are changed in circumstances forming the drawing. Then the index of shrink tracking, shrinkage and warpage are aims to evaluate by mapping and comprehensive. The results show that the runner is more suitable than the cold runner injection molding thin-walled parts.As the injection molding process involves many parameters and different material, the influence of processing parameters are also different. Based on CAE technology and test methods, the optimal design model of the drawing board is established to optimize the design of the cooling system and the the process parameters. And the best project of parameters is got.The mold of drawing board is designed and made according to the hot gate and the optimizated process parameters. The validation that hot runner and the method of optimal design parameter is tested.
