With the development of science and technology, more and more composite have gone into people's production and life, the study on it have also been the topic which numerous scholars pay attention to. The bimetal composite materials get people's favour due to its high cost performance, superior comprehensive index. The research on the further cold rolling processing of the composite plate which is obtained by hot rolling is relatively less. It is very necessary because it can reduce the economic costs, the equipment requirement and more conductive to the production than the directly cold-rolled before.And it is very difficult for the 3d simulation of the rolling process because of its material nonlinearity, geometry nonlinear and boundary conditions nonlinear, and the asymmetric rolling process.This paper realize the rolling process of 3d model successfully by applying Ansys Ls-dyna finite element analysis software and elastic-plastic theory. Firstly, building the 3-d model and realizing the rolling process simulation of four kinds of reduction and five different initial thick ratios, observing and analyzing its stress and strain distribution and interface bonding strength, rolling force distribution, ultimately obtaining the best scope of reduction and the most appropriate thickness ratio. Secondly, by changing the rolling parameters to overcome warping phenomenon appeared in the plate rolling process, and see the impact of stress and strain. Finally, to determine the relation between the total pressure and each layer pressure, the situation of two metal deformation distribution and extension, to seek the rules of changing and provide certain reference to product smoothly. Considering several simulation conditions, we conclude the suitable situation of the production.
