The service life of ships are greatly affected by the performance of ship materials, developing new materials with high corrosion resistance,high antifouling and high resistance to erosion is a research focus at home and abroad.It is an important part of material research to the performance testing of ship materials.The purpose of this paper is to develop a new test device of pipeline corrosion in flowing seawater,which can simulate practical using condition of ship navigation in the seawater and improve the reliability of the test data to a maximum extent,which can provide a reliable test basis for research and development of the new ship materials.The main contents are as follows:In this thesis,the development of test device of pipeline corrosion in flowing seawater was analyzed at home and abroad.The overall design was confirmed according to the functions and technical requirements of the test device;And the digital model of the test equipment was established.Based on the research of the computational fluid dynamics,the relationship of velocity and pressure the transition section between upstream and downstream test section was obtained by using CFD analytics,and the best transition section length was confirmed with optimization design.The cavitation was analyzed by using MIXTURE two-phase flow model in the test area of the equipment,make a solution for main reason of the cavitation in test area,which can greatly improve the cavitation in the test area.According to the research results,the test device of pipeline corrosion in flowing seawater was completed,and lastly the test device was installed and debugged.Debugging results showed that the test device of pipeline corrosion in flowing seawater had such features as reasonable design, easy to operate and reliable performance.Meanwhile,it could also simulate the real marine environment well when the ship was navigating.In addition,the test device had been applying to a natural marine environment experimental station successfully in our country.
