The loose sandstone reservoir, with a splendid reserve, is widely distributed in our country. It plays an important role in the country's oil production. The main problem in exploiting this kind of reservoir is sand production. However, these reservoirs are characterized by shallow burial, unconsolidated, high clay content, small sand particle, water sensitivity and high difficulty of sand controlling. Some sandstone reservoir doesn't have sand production at the beginning of waterflood stage. But with the increasing of water cut, the sand production from oil well w ill become more and more serious, and restrict normal oil production. This article has studied the basic principle of sand discharging and oil production in loose sand reservoir, left the granulated substance mechanism, the oil layer to the loose sandstone oil deposit to leave the granulated substance influencing factor to conduct the fundamental research, the generalized analysis loose sandstone convention thick oil deposit left in the granulated substance production the advantages, proposed and to is moderate the granulated substance enhancement to produce can the mechanism and the compatibility has conducted the research, and proposed was moderate the granulated substance method of exploitation. As a basis, we proposed a No rod pumping technology which is of unique structure, superior performance and strong carrying capacity. The working principle of driving device and sand-carrying discipline are also be researched in this article. Experimental result gained from the loose sandstone reservoir of Shengli Oil Field shows that the theory of the sand sluice & oil production with hydraulic jet pump is feasible. This paper provides theory and practice support for sand sluice & oil production technology.
