The New Technology Of Fracturing Gravel Packing In The Hero Beach Oil Field

The Hero Beach oil field, which is an old block of Hekou Oil Recovery Plant,after more than ten years production, their production rate is decreasing and accompanying with sand flow in some strata. It has seriously affected the overall development of the fault zone effect. To further improve the production of the block capacity, it is need to study the geological characteristics for block sand control technology.In the past, the main sand control methods include Chemical sand control methods and underground sand gravel packing, although the affections of these methods are very well, they have low production which restricts the production of crude oil. Based on the research about the domestic and foreign sand control and optimization measures to increase production of advanced technology, from the reservoir description in-depth understanding of the stratigraphic features, this paper used a variety of dynamic and static data to look for the best gravel pack sand and sand screen program, and judged the reservoir types and sand control technique of the Hero Beach oil field. By the research of the acid system and fracturing fluid, it formed a new composite technology, which stratigraphic acidification treatment and fracturing sand strata combined. The technology has complete the purpose of effective sand control and not too much decrease of the oil production, which achieved good results by the field application.
