In order to solve the problem of Fuyu field in well track prediction. According to the work state of bottom hole assembly(BHA),on the base of vertical and horizontal bending method, the nonlinear mechanics model of BHA is presented. In this model the structure of BHA, the stratum features and the external load are all considered. Except that the component of gravity and the bending due to the pressure is considered. By vertical and horizontal bending method we can get the lateral force on the drill bit. On this base by ANSYS to construct a BHA model do the FEM calculation with beam element instead of the traditional element-solid element. Because of the degrees of freedom of rotation, we can got the rotation angle easily , this element provide us a quick and convenience method than before. In this paper two concepts are proposed, that is the deviation angle of the prediction point and the depth of the prediction point, also the formulation for how to get the two value is proposed. By the formulation, the method of Well track prediction for horizontal well of Fuyu platform is Established. This method take advantage of the result of the FEM, combine with the data measured by MWD, the operator can do the prediction in the drilling site. To compared with the traditional method, this new method show more flexibility in calculation and achieve a certain degree of prediction accuracy. Tested by three horizontal chengping-49 chengping-48 chengping-45 of Fuyu platform, this new method shows up high applicability, good accuracy, and easily to use. The method for horizontal wells track prediction and control technology of Fuyu region has an important reference value, at the same time, it also provide some learned information to the horizontal or directional well in other blocks.
