| In view of the prominent pollution problems of carbonate / bicarbonate existing in drilling fluid, this paper studies the influence of sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potash carbonate, sodium hydroxide on rheological property and filtration of the following drilling fluid, 5% base drilling fluid, 5% base drilling fluid + 0.05% CMC system, 5% base drilling fluid + 0.06% HPAM + 3% SMP - 3 system, 4% base drilling fluid + 8% SMP - 3 + 160 percent barite freshwater system, 4% base drilling fluid + 8% SMP - 3 + 160 percent barite brine system, 2.5% base drilling fluid + 200% barite + 8% SMP - 2 + 2% SPNH + 2% PSC freshwater system, the2.5% base drilling fluid + 200% barite + 8% SMP - 2 + 2% SPNH +2% PSC brine system. Besides, we study the pollution mechanism of carbonate / bicarbonate pollution on drilling fluid. The text tests the following parameter such as the pH, alkalinity, and sodium ion concentration to study the pollution mechanism of carbonate / bicarbonate pollution on drilling fluid.To study pollution of carbonate hydrogen root and carbonate root on different drilling fluid, this paper adds sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate to different drilling fluid system. Results show that: after carbonated root carbonate hydrogen root inrushing drilling fluid, the pH of the drilling fluid changes. Various properties of drilling fluid change with pH, such as decentralized state of clay and the dissolution of the treatments, which make rheological and filtration of drilling fluid difficult to control. |
