Drilling fluid solid phase control system is one of the main equipment of oil drilling equipment ,in high quality drilling engineering plays an essential role.The role of drilling fluid solid control system using different forms and levels of purification equipment for drilling mud on circulation, purify, guarantee the density, viscosity parameters to meet drilling process requirements,such as vibrating screen,the desander,desilter, centrifuge, mixer, shear pumps.According to the domestic and international drilling solid control system application and requirement ,this paper analysised the advantages and disadvantages of existing solid control system.Combined with the petroleum drilling process and requirements, established a type ZJ70D solid control system in drilling fluid make its have Various process of drilling fluid ,such as circulation, aggravating, dosing, supplies, etc.. Through the laboratory test and grain size analysis, it is concluded that the vibrating screen and the desander and desilter, centrifuge equipment achieves optimal effect of solid phase control for drilling mud.Contraposeing the solid control system and the key equipment of ZJ70D type for drilling fluid reliability research:Collect data and classific definition with the fault equipment,failure positions, failure modes and fault causes. Applied statistics and computer-aided software research equipment fault occurred rule, find out the weak links and various fault reasons .Determine the fault data is obey weibull distribution model ,using the density function of fault time probability and accumulated distribution function and reliability function and failure rate expressed quantitatively the function of system reliability level,evaluating the equipment reliability life index and fiducial interval.
