Puguang gas field is currently under development, including the highest amount ofH2S, CO2 in our country. High-sulfur gas fields because of the strong corrosive causedby high intensity of hydrogen sulfide and hydrate produced by gathering system,which greatly increased the safety and environmental risks of surface gatheringsystem. This paper is a study of gas gathering and transportation of Puguanghigh-sulfur gas field and optimizes gathering and transportation technology.Firstly, optimize the ground gas gathering and transportation pipeline network andget the right pipe network layout program. Secondly,using HYSYS software tocalculate the critical conditions for hydrate formation to take effective way to preventit. Using HYSYS software and PIPEPHASE software to simulate the calculationmodel of moisture gathering condensation to obtain the pipeline fluid volume underthe conditions of different water content, to analyse the amount of moisture gatheringand transmission fluid situation, the relationship between water content and pressureand the relationship between water content and fluid volume. Also make appropriateclearance management program.Ultimately, analyse and compare in several ways tochoose the best high-sulfur gas field gathering in Puguang process. Absorbingdomestic and foreign development of high-sulfur gas field proven technology andproduction experience to optimize the design process of Puguang gathering.For the development of high sulfur gas field,there are no matching specificationsand technical standards in our country. The study of Puguang gas gathering andtransportation technology will provide technology and experience for development ofthe same type and the same scale high sulfur gas field in the future , and have certaindirective significance.
