Thermochromism glass materials do not consume any extre energy in architecture pane of glass are used more widely, which due to its low cost manufactuing, convenient construction, energy conservation and environmental protection, etc, will become a kind of trend of intelligent window.Paper selects two different thermal response function materials (remember for cellulose ether a solution and cellulose ether b solution) as two different recipethermal response function part. By uv-vis specriophtometry, DSC and traditional eye-measurement to reserach the impacts of different types of additivest to the ransition temperature and the influence of the temperature of discoloration to selectthe better optimum formula and reviewing the recipe materials of practical performance, such as sexual light resistance, heat resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, resistance to recycle property, etc. Finally, fill the best formula materials in glass tomake the thermochromism glass, through the homemade simulator, inspects the best thermochromism glass material of actual shading cooling effect, and the formula ingredients of discoloration mechanism are preliminarily discussed.Experimental results show that in a formula containing cellulose ether(1), thebest formula for: a for 1.0%, sodium chloride for 5.2%, stabilizer e for 1.1%. The lowest transition temperature of the best formula for A was at 28℃, the discolouration temperature was 34℃, through rate changes from 81% to 2%. In containing hot response function components cellulose b, the best formula for: p for 15%, b for 2.5%. The lowest transition temperature of best formula B is 26℃, color temperature was 32℃, light transmittance changes from 89% to 2%, throughthe practical performance analysis for best formula B, the results showed that: the material has good resistance to light, heat resistant, freeze-thawand reverse-acting recycling performance. Through the homemade simulator to investigate the shading cooling effect of the best formula materials, the results showed that: box which use thermochromism glass material, the difference of the tenperature between inside and outside reached 14.2℃, the effect of prevent rising temperature is obvious, than blank testing temperature of 6.7℃, so its cooling effect is better.
