Plunger-type injection pumps are the main equipment during the oil production process, but also the key equipment to ensure that the oil high produced, the safety and efficiency of oil production is directly determined by the reliability of its operation. The results of the faults of the Plunger-type injection pumps will be disastrous, It is significant for plunger-type injection pumps to build up a condition monitoring system.However, the vibration variability of the plunger pumps is determined by the structure complexity and instability. In order to achieve on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis for water injection equipment, the continuity of the real-time vibration signal is essential. The main work of the dissertation as follows:First of all, it must master the structure of plunger pumps, working principle and operating characteristics, the failure mechanism of the injection pump is carefully analyzed.Secondly, two different ways, namely ,on-line and off-line ways that are adopted to implement the condition monitoring system are compared, according to the actual production, the former is adopted. The condition monitoring system for plunger-type injection pumps is built up after on-line monitoring form and C/S model is selected. A multi-task information processing system which include data collection, data transmission, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is formed; The system can do the real-time on-line monitoring to the plunger pump equipment and analysis the different spectrogram. The monitoring parameters which provide the basis of fault diagnosis are vibration value for the equipment. At the same time it recrods the historical operating data of the equipment by the network database, displays all kinds of trend diagrams and gives trend comparison. The alarm data, historical operating condition data and characteristic data can be checkde in detail.Finally, a more effective and mature approach,local wave time-frequency analysis,is introduced in the field of processing non-stationary signals, the decomposition of local wave and time-frequency are briefly introduced. A large number of vibration data that obtain from Online monitoring system is as input,valve wear, as more typical of fault information, is carried on the decomposition of local wave, the results were compared with the mapping of the terminal to achieve fault diagnosis of the plunger-type injection pumps, it's further illustrated that the local wave method is very effective in the application of fault diagnosis.
