Organometallics reagents is provided with extraordinary worthinessof reaserch as a nucleophilic reagents. The applications of which is theattack to C=O double bond of aldehydes and ketones. And the attack toC=N double bondof hydrazones,oxime,imines derivatives andnitronesto Amines compounds by nucleophilic 1,2-addition. But, just for the lowreactivity of hydrazones. oxime and imines derivatives. the additionresults are not more better. Reacent reaserch showed that the addition ofhighly reactivity of nitrones and organometallics reagents have beenimproved. The reaserch mainly use the reaction of stereogenic nitronesand organometallics reagents to stereogenic Amines compounds. Ourwork team mainly study the addition of non-stereogenic nitrones andorganomagnesiums reagents and organozincs reagents to 1,2-diphenylethylamine compounds. and our results showed that which is anew way of the syntheses1,2-diphenylethylamine compounds.This thesisincluding three chapters:Chapter one: the reaction and applicitions of organometallicsreagentsandnitrones.In this section, the reaction and applicitions of kinds oforganometallicsreagentsanddifferent nitronswere reviewedin detail.Chapter two: The study of organozincs reagents and nitrones tohydroxylamine derivatives.In this section, we study the reaction of the organozincs and nitrones,andfounda new way to hydroxylamine derivatives.Chapter three: The study of organozincs reagents and nitrones to 1,2-diphenylethylamine compounds.On the base of the Chapter two, we study the addition and reductionreaction of organozincs reagents and nitrones, and explored the reactionmechanism. The experimental results showed organozincs reagents and nitrones can get different produts in different conditions, and also wefound that organozincs reagents not only addition nitrones but alsoreduction nitronesto secondary amines with higher yield. Furthermore, nocatalyst was usedin thisreaction. Thus, the green synthesiswasachieved.Chapter Four: The study of organozincs reagents and nitrones toTriallylamine In order to prove the mechanism of the Chapter Three, wealso study the reaction of nitrones and hydroxylamine derivatives, Whichnot only proved the mechanism, but also provided a convenient pathwayfor the thirdamines.Chapter Five: The study of organomagnesiums reagents and nitronesto 1,2-diphenylethylamine compounds.We use the hydroxylamine derivatives as the intermediates tosynthese Amines compounds. The experimental results showed that thisreaction proceeded effectively and rapidly. The main advantages of thismethod are rapid reaction speed, high stereoselectivety, convenientoperation andwork-up.
