Research On Digital Mining For No.2 Mine Of Mengtai Group Company

The coal industry is the traditional manufacturing industry, due to its production environment, mining technology and other factors make the coal industry of information technology, digital construction lagged behind other industries. Furthermore, since small and medium mine for information, digital construction, the limited financial capacity, irrational and unscientific management, leading to low efficiency. Small and medium enterprises to establish a number of mining operations or managing demand for different computer systems, but relative dispersion of the systems, information can not to share, work flow and management process problems such as disconnected leading to a lot of "information island", so that information system can not achieve a truly sharing of organisms.The paper mainly on the system issues for small and medium sized mines ,such as low levels of information and digital, information sharing can not be achieved ,development repeatedly and so on,and put forward solutions to the problem. To develop a coal mine Integrated Management Information System, which saves the cost of capital, but also to share the information, solved "information isolated island" problem, and build a digital information platform for small and medium mines.Thus, this paper mainly on its existing conditions of production management and technology analyzed systematically for the number two mine of MengTai group company, and put forward design and planning programs of the digital mine Integrated Management Information System for the number two mine of Mengtai group company, and detailed research and demonstration, on that basis to design and development of a viable coal integrated management information system. This article mainly research on the management information systems for the Digital mine construction. To deal with the problems existing in the construction of digital mine for small and medium sized mines, put forward overall plan and design for the number two mine of Mengtai group company, and develop the production management system sub-module and related modules of Integrated Management Information System. In this paper, based on extensive literature, use of the B / S mode, network technology and ASP technology, developing an integrated management information system for the mine, and discussed comprehensively that based on the ideas of digital mine construction and theories, mine management information system design theory, technology and network planning programs.
