With the economy and the urbanization rapid development, mankind is faced with more and more environmental problems, increasing the degree of water pollution, especially the problem of the degree of eutrophication caused by nitrogen and phosphorus caused everyone's attention. State Environmental Protection Administration on December 27, 2002 promulgated the "Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standards" ( GB18918-2002) , the new criteria have a strict requirement about the emission of pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus and other typical contaminants. This is for those municipal wastewater treatment plant who do not have the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, you need to enhanced and upgraded its original function to made the process reach the objective of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in order to meet the stability standard discharge requirements.This subject about AB wastewater treatment process the less removal effective about nitrogen and phosphorus, the effluent can not meet the new standards, combined with the Qiqihar cold template,make the full use of existing technology infrastructure, through process optimization,process transformation and the matching process and other strengthen project, to improve the wastewater treatment plant nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the ability of shock load, to provid a basis support for national type of A-B process upgrading wastewater treatment plants.This subject is combined with laboratory studies and field studies. Laboratory studies provied variety of technological transformation program to study the feasibility of enhanced function,then determine the operable reform program; Field studied with the actual water quality, combined with the condition of field test, studies the feasibility of the identified reform route, provided parameters about engineering transform.Through the studies of laboratory, transform AB process to A/O process, can reach the effect of inverted A~2/O, but in the condition of shock load, the system is unstable; use of the A-step characteristics of high load and impact resistance about AB process, local transformation of B-step is feasible. But studied of Qiqihar wastewater treatment plant field test, local transform B-step to A/O process is better than O/A/O process,but in the condition of cold temperature, does not have good treatment effect. Added the biological filter media to the aerobic step of A/O process, combined with BAF advanced treatment technology, auxiliary with chemical phosphorus removal, to ensure that water made the demands in the cold temperature. Therefore, proposed local transform B-step into A/O process based on the upgrade of AB wastewater treatment process.The study of this subject provided a engineering transformation measure for AB Wastewater Treatment Process, the results of this research will help improve the removal capacity and efficiency of urban wastewater treatment plant.
