In order to reduce the resistance loss of traditional fluidized bed reactor to achieve energy-saving, This article creatively use the three-dimensional porous mesh metal as ventilation board of fluidized bed reactor . On the basis of preliminary studies, a laboratory platform is designed for researching the fluidized bed. Through the selection of widely used traditional hood-type air distributor and the design of a new style of three-dimensional poros mesh air distributor for cold comparison testing. The cold testing comparatively study the operation flexibility,fluidized quality and resistence loss of the tow type of air distributor. The cold testing provide the basis of flowing small particles and the use the three-dimensional porous mesh metal as ventilation board.To the gas-solid fluidization system consisted with alumina and air, the value of the theoretical calculations and experimental data of the initial flow velocity and bring out velocity have large deviation,and the value of deviation between the experimental operation flexibility and the theoretical value is above 59%.The cold testing show that:The resistence loss of the hood-type air distributor increases with the flow increase as quadratic function; the three-dimensional poros mesh air distributor has the same disciplinarian,but the curve is simple function; in the scope of operation flexibility, when the velocity of the flow is 42 m~3/h(other parameters in the same condition), the resistence loss of the three-dimensional poros mesh air distributor is about 55% of hood-type air distributor's.The cold testing show that, in the scope of operation flexibility, the flow of the two types of fluidized bed reactor can reach the good state, and at the same time, the two types of fluidized bed can overcome the impact of the uneven layer at a certain extent. There are two cases when out the scope of operation flexibility: when the operating velocity is less than the minimum operating gas velocity of the operating flexibility, the flow of the two types of fluidized bed reactor are in a relatively poor state,and the two types of fluidized bed cann't overcome the impact of the uneven layer; when the operating velocity is greater than the maximum operating gas velocity of the operating flexibility, a large number of particles are Brought out of the fluidized bed reactor.Compared with hood-type air distributor, the three-dimensional poros mesh air distributor has a large superiority in flowing of small particles. In the same conditon,the operation flexibility of the three-dimensional poros mesh air distributor is 3.6 times more than that of hood-type air distributor's,and the average resistence loss is avout 58% of hood-type air distributor's .
