Forging hydraulic press play a very important role in industrial production.Along with the rapid development of iron and steel,automobile,mechanism,electric power,aerospace and other industries , it calls for higher precision and larger tonnage to hydraulic press machine. Countries in world,both developed and developing countries have attached great importance to the development of the free forging hydraulic machine.Developing the design of hydraulic system and controller research on the forging oil press has important theoretical significance and practical application value.In this dissertation, designing the hydraulic system of 65 MN free forging hydraulic press and making the proper control strategy.The model of hydraulic system and the controller were established respectively by AMESim and MATALB. And a simulation analysis was carried out.Firstly, according to technical parameters available and the real performance demands, designing the hydradulic system of 65 MN free forging hydraulic machine, and made a selection for the key components of the hydraulic system.Second,establishing the model of hydraulic system of forging hydraulic machine with software AMESim.And utilizing the HCD labrary of AMESim software to establish the model of electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valves. Because of the forging press has characteristics of nonlinear time variety and parameters change and load disturbance,it is hard to establish exact mathematics model,so proposes using grey prediction multi-mode control strategy for this strategy. A detailed illustration was made and establishing the controller model with software Matlab/Simulink.Finally,in order to comprehensive utilize excellent performance of both software AMESim and MATLAB and to improve simulation efficiency ,AMESim/Simulink co-simulation model was built.Respectively setting control ways of gray prediction multi-mode,multi-mode(without gray pridiction)and PID as controllers to simulate the hydradulic system and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.
