LinDong Ng3 reservoir in LinFangJia oil field belongs to sensitive heavy oil reservoir, and there are six matter in the process of traditional cold exploitation: layer cemented loosely, sand flow out heavily; poor traditional sand control production effect, low oil well productivity; flow potential decrease progressively quickly; dynamic liquid level remain low level, fluid production force is shortage; bad waterflooding development effect; no water free production period, when it was put into production at the beginning, the oil well contain water. In order to improve development effect, this paper depended on production capacity construction plan of LinDong Ng3, aim at the existent problems, investigating heavy oil mining technology and horizontal mining technology home and abroad at present, collected geologic information comprehensively of this block, conducted fine geologic research and container rock description, proceed strata correlation and division, ensure Ng34 as main layer the focus of improving development net; According to coring document, described and recognizes container rock property,rock parameters,oil saturation distribution in vertical direction,muddy percent and sensitivity, indoor experiment thermal sensitivity of crude oil is carried out, moreover on the base of the above research, aim at water-cut ascending quickly in bottom heavy oil reservoir, did study on well type, further more, proved development mode, studied on horizontal well steam stimulation technology; Through reservoir numerical simulation and other measures, optimize net density,net type,well spacing and other four parameters such as steam quantum,dryness fraction,injection velocity and horizontal length which affect steam injection effect; Moreover, aim at the default of traditional sand prevention mode, study on sand-prevention technology optimization is done, simultaneous, according to the high water sensitivity property, optimized oil layer protection technology, and propose optimization plan,applied in field trial in the end, 18 horizontal wells was finished drilling in this block, all the wells was product by steam injection, after putting into production, average initial production attained 18.1 ton, is 11 times as common vertical well in outcome aspect. Cumulative oil production attain 51.5 thousands ton. The field application effect suggests: horizontal steam stimulation development technology is suit for thin and sensitive heavy oil reservoir production, improved development effect of LinDong Ng3, controlled water-cut ascending velocity, raised degree of reserve recovery enormously. All of these caused significant guiding and reference meanings on other similar heavy oil reservoir development. |
