| By reconsidering the reservoir characteristics and waterflooding exploitationcharacteristics in Quan 241 fault block, in combination with the effect and problems of pilotfield tests, this paper made a further research on selection and optimization of flowing gelsystemandstudiedthereadjustmentmeasurementsofconventionalwaterfloodingtomeetthedemandofcarryingoutdeepprofilecontroltechnologyinthelargefieldofthisblock.The central content of the thesis is the laboratory study of selection and optimization offlowing gel system. The relative technology indexes of polymer and cross linker were basedon the reservoir characteristics of Quan 241 fault block provided by Research Iinstitute ofExploration and Development in Huabei Oilfield. Two polymers and two kinds ofcrosslinking agent samples suitable for middle-low temperature reservoir were evaluated andthe optimum flowing gel system for Quan 241 fault block was established as follows: 1200 ~1500mg/L FP3730 polymer, 1500 mg/L CN-10 crosslinking agent and 80 mg/L stabilizer. Ithad several advantages at 60℃: widerange of gel concentration (400~1500mg/L), low gelviscosity of initial stage(<400mPa?s), long gel time(3days), good heat stability and shearforce resistance. The result showed that when the concentration of polymer was greater than1000mg/L, the viscosity of flowing gel system increased with the increase of time and theviscosity still increase after aging for 17 days. The viscosity retention was up to 100% afteraging for 41days,and it was reflected good heat stability. As shear force increased, the gelviscosity gradually decreased from 373.6 mPa·s to 346.5mPa·s,321.7mPa·s and263.2mPa·s. Though the viscosity decreased to a certain extent, the system performedpreferable gelling capability and strong resisting shearing. Overall, the flowing gel system was suitable for deep profile control in Quan 241 fault block. EOR auxiliary technologywhich applied to sandstone reservoirs in northern part of Jizhong Oilfield was formed byformulating whole profile control scheme of flowing gel and carrying out technical summary.The study was useful in relieving the contradiction of oilfield, slowing down decline,improving the development level and recovery ratio. It also supplied helpful experience fordevelopingreservoirsofakind. |
