| Oil and gas pipeline construction helps with the uneven distribution of oil and gas, and more importantly, is of great significance to the national policy and defense. The key issue of the oil and gas pipeline construction is the design of the route, of which the rationality concerns the investment in pipeline construction project, the safe management and its daily maintenance. So in order to establish an oil and gas pipeline project which is resource-saving, easy to construct, safe to operate and convenient to maintain, we must put forward a stricter standard of the pipeline route selection. Based on this, this paper compared the traditional method and GIS-based spatial analysis technology method of oil and gas pipeline route selection. Besides, the spatial decision-making system which could integrate the geology, landscape and the natural terrain as well as the human economy was discussed in the paper. The cost analysis model of Oil and gas pipelines is established and the design of the oil and gas pipeline routes is achieved by using the optimal path algorithm based on GIS spatial analysis. The paper gives out the following three aspects:\1. The weights of the impact factor in the cost analysis model are determined by the expert knowledge and AHP. First of all, the factors that affect the direction of the oil and gas pipeline routes must be fixed; meanwhile the hierarchical relationship is established, and the importance of factors is determined, which gives direction to construct the judgment matrix and calculate the weights of various factors.2. Basic data of the oil and gas pipeline cost model is required and established by the RS aerial technology, including DEM, DOM and the data of influencing factors. By comprehensively analyzing the influencing factors of oil and gas pipeline route selection, these affecting factors are reclassified and given weight according to expert knowledge and experience and AHP method in cost analysis model.3. The oil and gas pipeline route selection cost model is established through the spatial analysis of GIS. Several comprehensive cost layers are generated overlaying the influential factors according to their weights. The paper calculates the optimal path of oil and gas pipelines with the cost model according to the optimal path analysis method based on raster data. This paper realizes the transformation of qualitative factors to quantitative factors by establishing the oil and gas pipelines cost model, solves the comprehensively analysis of the mutual relationship between the influential factors and provides a new method in oil and gas pipeline route alignment selection. In addition, the gas pipeline optimal path selection is realized by the GIS spatial analysis technology. The optimal path analysis of oil and gas pipeline route cost model shows that this method is effective and practical. |
