| At present,Shengli oilfield has entered the high water-cut stage,At present,Shengli oilfield has entered the high water-cut stage,and production exists by the form of water-oil emulsion because water injection flooding and steam flooding are used.With oil field exploited in-depth,oil in layer becomes constantly decreasing,thickened,and exploiting area of heavy oil is expanding,so dehydration of heavy oil become urgent problem in the process of treating crude oil.ChenNan high-viscosity oil has the typical characteristics of"three high and one low",so dehydration is difficult,and dehydration high cost,and operation heat load of is large,what affects system operation safely.According to characteristics analysis of the liquid from well drainages and thin oil in ChenNan multi-purpose station,viscosity reduction effect of on-site heavy oil mixing thin oil,and viscosity reduction regularity under different dilute proportions.When dilute proportion is 1.0,viscosity reduction rate has been above 90%.But dilute proportion increases,viscosity reduction amplitude tends to gently,that is to say,1.0 is a turning point of dilute proportions.Then all operation parameters of ChenNan heavy oil dehydration was studied by the method of bottles,the results show that residual moisture content could achieve outflow requirement when dilute proportion was 1.0,dehydration temperature was 75℃,the demulsifier concentrations was 120ppm and dehydration time was 20h;Moisture content is higher,the dehydration rate of demulsifier is larger,and the demulsifier dosage and dehydration time have slightly reduced.Based on these,water-oil interfacial tension has been studied.The experiments have found that high efficient demulsifier can greatly reduce the interfacial tension value,interfacial tension and emulsion demulsification have a certain relationship,but not one-to-one.According to the experimental results,economic benefit of the scene was we analyzed, what mainly includes the fuel consumption heating furnace,demulsifier dosage,pipe thermodynamic calculation etc,the results show that the dehydration process optimization have a good economic benefit. |
