Water is one of the most important resources for human beings'survival and development. Water pollution is more and more prominent along with the development of industry. Modern water quality monitoring must be mobile, real-time and fast, it also should meet the need of multiparameter detection (e.g. the mobile and fixed monitoring on water quality in reservoirs, the real-time tracking monitoring on pollutant abrupt leak accident and so on). Chongqing university micro system center put forward a set of project for monitoring the water environment in Sanxia reservoir, which can achieve multiparameters water monitoring rapidly at the scene. The harm level of heavy metal is an important index of environmental monitoring. The existing methods to monitor heavy metal always need to separate and enrich. Because of the messy, time-consuming operation and the requirement of large-scale instruments, it's difficult for rapid monitoring progress at the scene. Therefore, it's essential to explore new, easy-operating and high-sensitive methods for heavy mental monitoring. In this paper, I study the heavy mental monitoring based on multiparameters analyzer, and mainly focus on the real-time online methods for measuring chromium and Pb2+. The main contents is as follows: firstly, according to real-time simple online measuring requirement, the method for monitoring chromium should be improved in order to make the monitoring simple and rapid. For achieving real-time online monitoring result rapidly, new reagents monitoring chromium should be developed, then reagents duration and the relevant index is also should be reviewed.Secondly, if the solution contains Pb2+, the nanoprobe will change color because the G-quartet structure. By using modification of gold nanoparticles with G-rich oligonucleotides in a self-assembled way, that is nanoprobe, a sensitive method for monitoring Pb2+ is established which can be applied to multiparameter water quality analyzer for achieving the rapid real-time online result of monitoring Pb2+Finally, improving the ordinary method by using rhodamine B and dithizone for monitoring Pb2+ and using the simple spectrophotometry can make the monitoring of Pb2+ more convenient, low-costing and rapidly. And the multiparameter water analyzer combined with the above methods can be applied to real-time online monitoring.
