Chemical Composition And Heat Treatment On Mechanical Properties ZG30MnSi Slot Edge Steel Impact Study

Scraper conveyor is the main equipment of coal transport,the central groove edge is scraper conveyor main stress move parts,its quality will affect scraper conveyor operation and coal mine's normal safety in production. Aiming at the impact the quality of central groove edge two important factors - chemical composition and heat treatment ZG30MnSi slot on the mechanics properties of edge steel was studied,in order to optimize chemical composition ratio and by heat treatment process as to further improve the quality of groove side of central purpose.This paper adopts the method of orthogonal test design,for different carbon, manganese, silica and alumina content of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel specimens,for different normalizing processing, different the quenching and tempering treatment ZG30MnSi slot edge steel specimen mechanical test,draw test results.Analysis and research on test results, some conclusions:(1) The effect of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel mechanical properties about carbon, manganese, silica and alumina content;The best chemical composition ratio of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel.(2)The effect of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel mechanical properties about normalizing heating temperature;The best normalizing heating temperature of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel. (3)The effect of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel mechanical properties about hardened heating temperature and Piece.modified tempering tempering heating temperature;The best hardened heating temperature and Piece.modified tempering tempering heating temperature of ZG30MnSi slot edge steel.This paper ZG30MnSi heat treatment on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel tank side impact study conclusion application,will make further improve steel quality slot edge,and further improve the scraper conveyor's overall performance.
