Wool has a lot of excellent properties contrast to other fabric, but due to its unique structure and property lead to the felting phenomena when was it subjected to external force effect, one of the main reasons is the directional friction effect of wool scales (D.F.E), this phenomenon was seriously affected the appearance of wool and its use value. Therefore, It’s meaningful to shrink-resistant of wool. But in the wool fiber’s scales have the specific disulfide bond that intermolecular crosslinking each other, constitute a stable network structure, is quite stable, not easy to damage, therefore preshrunk sorting is mainly aim at the wool scale layer.At present the main method is chlorinated wool shrink, the process product organic halide that caused serious pollution to the environment. In order to solve this serious problem, this topic mainly studies a kind of replace the chlorine oxide processing wool process and its mechanism. Through dynamics research, reducing test, uv analysis, analysis of amino acid, protease activity test, DSC analysis, electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy to characterize our enzyme without chlorine preshrunk process and mechanism. The results showed that between enzyme activator and protease has a good results of Wool preshrunk finish; Enzyme activator of reaction rate decreased with the increase of temperature and speed up. With the increase of initial concentration has a great impact in the initial stage.With the increase of processing bath ratio the reation becomes more smoothly; The activity of protease is not affected by enzyme activator and protein hydrolysate, it is a kind of relatively stable protease.Use three candidate protease conbined with enzyme activator composed of integrated system to deal with wool. According to the felting ball density, strength, elongation, electron microscope measurement method, selecting the optimal protease 161; Using different concentration of enzyme activator and protease 16 1 to form integrated catalytic system, to design of orthogonal experiment,according to the characterization factors to select the optimal process:2.5 g/L enzyme activator and 1.8 g/L protease in 50 ℃ of queous solution, continuous pad 2 min (four times);Integrated system in the process of processing wool, enzyme activator as the main consumption, protease is not consumption with the basic form of catalyst.On the base of previous experiments, After we make many continuous production experiments in the factory, according to the factory preshrunk performance index TM31 strength and electron microscopy etc. The test results show that this topic of protease quickly without chlorine wool preshrunk process has basic met the dustrialized continuous production. Add steps of enzyme washing and resin also can reduce the dosage of active agent and reduce costs, at the same time wool can maintain its strength and increase the made rate of wool.But as a result of this process is not yet mature, so the topic has a lot of work needs to continue to study.
