With the development of chiral technology improvement, chiral detection technology for new drug development, site tracking, economic practical offer shortcuts and method, establishment and development laid a solid foundation for industry. In recent years, more and more researchers combine chiral and fluorescence. In order to meet the requirements of chiral detection test, the researchers look for the synthesis of various new fluorescent materials. This topic with 9-Anthracenecarboxaldehyde as several chiral fluorescent groups design and preparation of the new fluorescence response of the probe and its performance are studied, the main work is as follows:1) This topic with 9-Anthracenecarboxaldehyde as several chiral fluorescent groups design and preparation of the new fluorescent probes and their performance are studied, the main work is as follows:research by using IR, NMR, MS, EA, UV analysis test respectively on the product structure characterization and surface morphology observation. Using fluorescence analysis test to fluorescent probes for a variety of substances and their corresponding detection.9-Anthracenecarboxaldehyde chiral fluorescent probes have certain selectivity, can identify D/L-phenylalanine and to some extent recognition Ba2+2) Complexes were synthesized, and the following research:using MS, EA, IR, UV, fluorescence and transmittance test respectively on the product structure characterization; The research of chiral fluorescent complexes fluorescence characteristics and differences.Fluorescent chiral schiff base reagent fluorescence performance each are not identical. Ba2+ type can identify by peak position and 1-cysteine Fe2+; Cu2+ Type can identify Cu2+ and identify D/L-phe;Fe3+ type can identify Fe2+;Zn2+ type and not the above characteristics.3) Micro gel was synthesized, and the following research:by using IR, UV and FE-SEM test respectively on the product structure characterization and surface morphology observation.By contact angle measurement of personal relationship on the surface of the gel water are analyzed before and after modification;Study of Micro gel adsorption of phenylalanine. At 25~40℃ range, different types of light transmittance of the microgel dispersion drastically, it shows that micro gel phase transition temperature at 25~40℃ range.L-1 at 45℃ and 25℃ maximum adsorption capacity for 715 and 445 mu of mol/g, and L-2 in 45℃ and 25℃ maximum adsorption capacity for 765 and 465 mu of mol/g.And the fluorescence intensity under different temperature are very different. Under 45℃.the fluorescence intensity is about micro gel temperature of about 4 times. Both conforms to the secondary dynamics equation.
