Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are ubiquitous organic pollutants in the atmosphere, seriously affecting the quality of the environment, along with the industrialized world of highly concentrated and ultra high speed development, various industries have emerged in the environmental risk of serious problems; The Twelfth Five-years plan has listed VOCs as the air pollution control focus object, release a variety of VOCs textile printing and dyeing the industry in the production process, the urgent need for regulation, but lack of monitoring and analysis method of textile printing and dyeing industry VOCs right now.According to the status quo of textile printing and dyeing industry enterprises, combined with the emission characteristics for typical VOCs textile printing and dyeing industry, studied on VOCs classification, monitoring status indicators, methods and techniques and summarized the types of VOCs, index monitoring methods and techniques.This paper use VOCs from printing and dyeing workshop as the research object, the research method, research to the workshop production of raw materials, monitoring historical data record of domestic printing and dyeing enterprises. By using the method of experiment, using one or several methods and techniques of monitoring, test and analysis, Method of forming and standardize the operational monitoring.This paper combines real-time monitoring and data application in textile printing and dyeing industry, toxic gas monitoring networking and sensing technology, the accumulation of actual VOCs data of textile printing and dyeing industry monitoring, to provide support for further data analysis and control of environmental safety.Through the use of automatic monitoring method, for sensing monitoring and data recording, database, to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of large data, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
