recent years,with increasing coal emissions of sulfur dioxide, acid rain and sulfur dioxide pollution is serious in our country, the SO2 governance is imminent.For this reason,our government put forward "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" and "national emissions fall by more than 10%", and ministry of science and technology launched the ultra-low emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2≤35 mg/m3) or less important research and development projects.Therefore,implement sulfur dioxide treatment and recycling of high efficiency and economy is the realization of the national economy development and the inevitable requirement to protect the safety of the people’s health.This paper based on coal-fired boiler exhaust system as the main research object, uses the phosphate rock slurry as the absorbent, power equipment for the reactor, phosphate rock slurry system studied relevant influence parameters of wet flue gas desulfurization. Which determined the optimal technological conditions for desulfurization of phosphate rock and dynamic wave engineering design parameters;And conducted desulfurization phosphate rock slurry to carbon steel,304,316L of three kinds of material corrosion research.Experiments of slurry pH, volume, pulp circulation quantity single factor and so on show that the desulfurization rate decreases with pH decrease, but there was a a sudden change in the pH= 4.6, under the condition of single nozzle, the desulfurization rate suddenly from 60% to 40%;Desulfurization rate are positively related to pulp circulation, and related to the nozzle structure and size;When ekDN80 nozzle is used, the desulfurization rate with the increase of gas first increases then decreases, the volume of 4500 m3/h (gas velocity to 18 m/s), the desulfurization rate of maximum. Through three factors three levels orthogonal experiment research,we get the optimization of phosphate rock slurry desulfurization process parameters: volume of 3500 m3/h;Flux:32 m3/h;pH:6.0, its single nozzle of the desulfurization efficiency is as high as 78.16%.We carried out dynamic wave superposition of different type sprinkler experimental study.When the dynamic wave form good foam layer, multi-layer spray rate of desulfurization is the accumulation of single-layer desulfurization rate,that is,the layers can be set through the nozzle to improve desulfurization rate.Pressure drop experiment results show that the dynamic wave equipment of pressure drop increases with the increment of gas and slurry circulation, in comparison, the pulp flow’s influence on the pressure drop is greater.Immersion and spray corrosion experiments show that the corrosion rate of carbon steel>>316L>304,corrosion rate of carbon steel increases with pH decrease,the corrosion rate of 304,316L increases with the increase of pH;Phosphate rock slurry abrasion on corrosion accelerating role;In pH= 5.5, the temperature of 60 ℃ the soaking experiment, the corrosion rate of carbon steel,304,316L are 1.185 mm/a, 0.033 mm/a and 0.097 mm/a,the corrosion rate of spray corrosion of carbon steel is 0.523 mm/a, and the corrosion rate of both 304 and 316L are less than 0.1 mm/a.Which shows that equipment with liquid-solid phase cannot use carbon steel, While the soaking corrosion rate of 304 and 316L were less than 0.1mm/a, but the loss of chromium arrivaedl 7%. Thus, it has been suggesed that choose the carbon steel lining equipment for the device which has a solid-liquid phase,304 or 316L, while gas pipe can use 304 material.
