| Along with the development of our country’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more swill is let out.If it could not be handled well, it will harm people’s daily life and health. Due to the initial high investment cost and other reasons, the swill treatment device can not be promoted.On the other hand, the existing food kitchen swill processing technology needs to be further improved, there will be great prospect of research on an efficient, relatively inexpensive meal kitchen swill processing equipment.This paper combines the processing technology of the current domestic and foreign kitchenware swill with our eating habits,for kitchen swill collection pretreatment of two main parts:solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation,it proposes the pretreatment technology of using a beneficial bacteria to degradate solid fat. We design a swill degradation machine which is on the basis of this new technology with high efficiency, energy saving, low cost, high degree of automation.According to the design of the solid liquid separation system, this paper combines the method of filtration and extrusion. In the solid-liquid separation stage of swill crushing treatment, by stirring degradation box, more and more useful degradation bacteria and solid fats (such as fat and so on)in swill will be contact and decomposed. In this paper, we put forward this working way which uses the mixing mechanism "forward-pause-reverse-pause...".It makes better contact and degradation. Since degrading bacteria active at a temperature of about 60 ℃. In order to improve the degradation efficiency, the heating and thermal insulation device is added. Stirring device adopts a single horizontal shaft form. This paper designed the stirring shaft, a stirring blade, a bed of leaves, stirring barrel, a heating and thermal insulation system, and checked the strength of the stirring shaft, stirring blade and bed leaves. Through calculation, the model of the motor and reducer were determined, and the assembly drawing of the degradation machine and the design of the related parts were completed.According to the design of oil water separation system, this paper designed a kind of liquid level sensor which can identify dirty oil and water height and send out the corresponding signal, which is the foundation of the automatic control system for oil water separation. Liquid level sensor is composed by the float (according to the principle of buoyancy homemade), magnetic steel and a hall sensor. Through the control of the controller and the extraction of the pump, the oil-water mixture is separated from the tank. After separation of oil and water, dirty oil and sewage through the liquid level sensor control, automatically extract to the corresponding transport box.To follow request of the system of solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation system, the design of the control system of swill degradation machine is based on PLC, by use of MITSUBISHI FX2N-32MR PLC controller. The control system was fully set up, including:heat preservation, stirring, passage, oil pump work, sump pump and sewage pump. Finally, according to the design principle of control system of Human Machine Interaction and the control panel, the man-machine interface and the control system hardware circuit and software circuit can be designed.Finally, an experimental simulation platform has been built to verify the level sensor and control system in this paper. The experimental results show that the self-made liquid level sensor is reliable, the control system is stable, and can achieve all kinds of manual and automatic control functions. |
