With the deep petroleum exploration and development, the number of deep well is also increased.The of feature the slow drilling rate,the long cycle, the high cost of deep wel 1 becomes more prominent. To adopt the appropriate drill bit can effectively solve this problem. In this paper,the theses parameters of evaluation and optimization of the bit are presented according to formation characteristics to reduce drilling costs, increase economic efficiency. Great deal of research on the use of drill bits of the Xujiaweizi block of Daqing oil field is carried out in deep well. The bit consumption is reduced,drilling speed is increased and the drilling cost is reduced by making an optimal scheme.The thesis researches into the use,wear,structural design and materials of the Domestic and foreign,and deems PDC compact performance influence the use effect of PDC bit above the drillability extreme 5.5 in the formation. The bit crown curve design and the unreasonable design parameters are main factors about the drilling rate in deep well.The combined PDC bit with preventing trolling and enhancing drilling rate is creatively designed based on the drilling with cutting of pre-break peripheral pressure. It is a new design ideas to designed the bit structure in the Xujiaweizi block deep well.The subject of research enhances Drilling speed,reduces drilling costs,prevents occurring the underground complex problem, thereby improving drilling efficiency.
