| Chemical incidents and chemical terror attacks will cause serious hazards to people and environment. To protect public live and property, efficient decontamination is necessary after chemical accidents. The subject is to R&D two types of refrigeration equipment, which are respectively used in waste gas emission system and decontamination agent regeneration system.In the first step, Investigations of literatures and discussions with relative researchers are made to ensure the technical requirements; Current technology on the high-temperature exhaust gas treatment, decontamination agent regeneration, automotive refrigeration equipment, simulaition and experiments on refrigeration systems are surveyed to provide references for R&D of the refrigeration equipment.To ensure the safety of purification equipment, waste gas emission system need cooling device to cool hot waste gas. Based on the analysis of "direct cooling" device and load/environment side characteristics, to use the cooling capacity of environmental air, "pre-cooling" gas cooling device is put forward that cascade the heat pipe into the conventional refrigeration cycle.On MATLAB software platform, the "pre-cooling" and "direct cooling" (comparing system) device simulation model are established and verified by experimental data. Prototypes are built and tested. The test results show that the performance of two types of cooling devices achieve design goals in the range of experimental conditions, "pre-cooling" device has better cooling capacity. The performances of the divices at changeable load/environment conditions are simulated and control strategies are put forward.Decontamination vapor condensation device is used to regenerate decontamination agent. By analyzing available techniques, shell/tube heat exchanger of decontamination vapor condensation is put forward and a prototype is designed and manufactured. Regeneration agent decontamination system bench is established to test the performance of the vapor condensation device. Measured results show that the performance approachs the requirement. Ideas to improve the performance are put forward through analyzing the experimental data.The subject can provide basic preparions to help upgrading the decontamination craft. It is of important value to improment the modernization of national defense. |
