The flow sheet of Liaoning Tianli Bio-oxidizing Extracting Gold Plant is bio-oxidation, cyanidation, abstersion and replacement by zinc powder. The gold concentrate after flotation treated by this plant is first milled and then the pulp is transported into the thickener. Then the underflow enters the bio-oxidizing pool and the overflow is recycled into the whole flow sheet. The residuary reagent of flotation in gold concentrate brings a great amount of foam during the bio-oxidizing process and cyanidation process. This thesis focuses on the dereagent process for the gold concentrate, the adsorption process for the overflow after dereagent process, and the defoamer which is atoxic to microbe.The dereagentor was added into the regrinding process of gold concentrate. The regrinding product was thickened, filtered, made to be pulp for flotation. The mass of foam product shows the effect of dereagent. Na2S, CaO and Na2SO3 all work as dereagentor. Na2S has the best dereagent effect. When the dosage of Na2S is 12.5kg/t, the mass of foam product decreases by 96.81%, to only 2.06g, compared with 64.58g without dereagent process. The pH value of pulp after dereagent process is 9.75. The second operation of condensation and filtration decreases the pH value of the pulp by 4.61%, moreover, it decreases the mass of foam product by 8.21% further.Active carbon, coal powder, silica aerogel, two kinds of organobentonite and calcic bentonite were used to adsorb 2# oil, xanthate and actual overflow. It is resulted that active carbon has little adsorptive function to 2# oil. The two kinds of organobentonite both have much better adsorptive function to xanthate than active carbon, silica aerogel, coal powder and calcic bentonite. The overflow processed by organobentonite is reused to pulp resulted in few bubbles.The experiment of natural degradation on the overflow shows that organics A in the overflow has low ratio of natural degradation without sunlight after 6 days, that is, it is unpractical to wipe off reagents in the overflow by natural degradation.For the pulp of bio-oxidizing pool, the defoamer from the plant has better effect than organosilicon defoamer. On the contrary, for the pulp of cyanation pool, organosilicon defoamer is better than the defoamer from the plant. The two kinds of defoamer are atoxic to microbion in certain dosage range.
